Shipping & Pickup Policy

Thank you for visiting Joanne Park Hair. We offer highly curated, premium hair and skin essential products to enhance your luxury salon experience. Please review our policy guidelines below regarding product availability, pickup, and shipping.

1. In-Studio Pickup (Standard)

  • Most of our exclusive products and pre-orders are available for immediate pickup at our private studio in Brea, CA during your scheduled appointment or regular business hours.

     

  • Please bring your order confirmation email (digital or printed) when you come to collect your items.

2. Domestic Shipping Requests

  • While we primarily focus on in-studio retail, we are happy to accommodate domestic shipping within the US upon special request.

     

  • If you would like your favorite products shipped directly to your home, please contact us prior to or immediately after placing your order so we can calculate the appropriate carrier rates (USPS/UPS) and handling times for you.

3. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Approved shipping orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or text support.
