At Joanne Park Hair, we strive to deliver the highest standard of luxury salon services and curated retail products. Please read our policy regarding refunds, returns, and service adjustments below.

1. Salon Services

  • No Refunds on Services: All hair salon services, including custom balayage, dimensional highlights, seamless blonding, and color transitions, are non-refundable once the service is completed.

     

  • Service Adjustments: Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you require a minor adjustment to your color or cut, please notify our studio within 7 days of your original appointment, and we will gladly schedule a complimentary adjustment session for you.

2. Curated Products (Hair & Skin Essentials)

  • Returns & Exchanges: Unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase or in-studio pickup.

     

  • Final Sale Items: For hygienic and safety reasons, any opened or used personal care products are strictly non-refundable and final sale.
