  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice may result in a fee or require a deposit for future bookings.

  • All custom hair colors, balayage, and dimensional highlights are tailored beautifully to your unique hair texture.

  • We highly recommend booking a comprehensive hair color consultation prior to major color transitions to ensure the best possible results.

3. Curated Products

  • All hair and skin essential products purchased at our studio or pre-ordered through our website are subject to our standard studio return and exchange policies.
